EZLand is striving to be at the forefront of sustainable development in Vietnam, aiming to exclusively deliver sustainable projects to our customers.

We are committed to this mission because we recognize our responsibility to protect Vietnam’s fragile environment and the growing needs of the average Vietnamese to have a healthy living environment.

As such, we incorporate sustainable real estate development practices into all development phases of our projects, from conception through design & construction until operation. Through our projects, we also seek to raise awareness and educate our partners, contractors, vendors and our large customer base about the concept of sustainable development.

An innovation of IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, EDGE empowers emerging markets to scale up resource-efficient buildings in a fast, easy, and affordable way. EDGE enables developers and builders to quickly identify the most cost-effective ways to reduce energy use, water use and embodied energy in materials.

HausNeo is EZ Land’s first sustainable housing project, completed in 2019. The projects provides 568 units, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms and housing about 1,500 customers.
In each unit, we focus on functionality and smart design, reducing unneeded space to make the apartment compact yet its living space remains airy with maximized daylight access

EZ LAND SUSTAINABLE

DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINE

This EZLand Sustainability Guideline is a public document that provides an overview of EZLand’s sustainable development efforts to our clients, partners, employees and stakeholders.

The Guideline lays out the overall framework that EZLand is pursuing in their projects in order to balance our environmental, social, and economic interests.

This Guideline is based on the criteria from different green building certification systems (LEED, LOTUS, and EDGE) and has been modified to adapt to the current condition of EZLand’s business and Vietnam’s construction industry.

CONSTRUCTION SAFETY

As a sustainable property developer, our construction workers’ safety is of the utmost importance to EZLand. Hence why, we have adopted and strictly followed EHS criteria in the construction process to better protect our workers/builders’ safety on-site.

We are proud to report that to date, there has been no on-site accidents or injuries or casualties reported in all of our developments. We are determined to continue working with local contractors to implement international safety standards.
